Independence Day...Enjoy your 4th of July!

Some favorites, to commemorate the 238th Birthday of these United States.  Thank you Thomas Jefferson for being brave enough to commit such treason, and Ben Franklin and John Adams for editing and revising (everyone needs good proofreaders).  Without you all, and the brave rebels at the Second Continental Congress, we wouldn't have any of the freedoms we enjoy, because the world would have never followed your example.  We still have more freedom than anywhere else on the planet, and we're lucky to be American.

Revolution Rock...helping review topics

Schoolhouse Rock! is an American interstitial programming series of animated musical educational short films that aired during the Saturday morning children's programming on the U.S. television network ABC. The topics covered included grammar, science, economics, history, mathematics, and civics. The series' original run lasted from 1973 to 1985.  In that time, they did a series called "America Rocks!" To help review the Revolution, I thought I'd post some relevant episodes. None are more than 4 minutes long.  See if your parents remember them.
